Have you been slacking on your workouts? STEP up your fitness and set a new BARRE with our special double feature Tuesday twosome: Step Into Barre. This isn't your mom's step class from the 80's so no leotards or leg warmers required. Step gives you a high-intensity cardio workout without high impact on the joints. Get your heart-pumping and the muscles loose before Erin's low-impact Barre class for the best of both worlds. Tuesdays from 5:10 to 5:45 p.m. (Step with Sandy) then 5:45 – 6:30 p.m. (Barre with Erin). Both classes are included FREE with UFC membership as part of our Group Fitness Class Schedule. Have a friend who isn't a UFC member? Now is the perfect time to join and we have a variety of membership options available even for those who aren't part of our Campus Affiliates (employees, volunteers, students).
