Here's an early look at the Group Fitness Class Schedule for Monday 4/22 through Saturday 4/27. Highlights include:-New SilverSneakers Classic pre-registration now in effect. Up to 25 spots are available (5 will remain for those wanting to do first come, first serve) for pre-registration 3 days prior to the class with the pre-registration stopping 24 hours prior to that class (i.e. registration for Monday 4/22 opens today – Friday – at 10 a.m. and will close on Sunday 4/21 at 10 a.m.)-Email Rob (rmikesell@pennstatehealth.psu.edu) to register – No phone calls to register. -You will receive a notification if you have secured a spot in class.-No Candlelight Power Yoga on Monday 4/22-Tuesday 4/23 Cycle + Power will feature a One Direction theme again!-Rob will be teaching SilverSneakers Classic on Friday 4/26 in place of Liz's BOOM MOVE class.
