Building Resilience with Yoga

For employees who have completed Dan Coma’s Easing Stress with Yoga class, this new class will refresh those skills and explore techniques to build resilience, prevent burnout, and restore vitality.  This course will be offered at regular intervals throughout the year.

  • $140 (*Free when you attend at least 6 classes in the 8-week session)

About the Instructor: 
Dan Coma, E-RYT-200, C-IAYT, has been teaching here for nine years and is a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists.  In addition to group classes, he offers Yoga Therapy for students facing various conditions including cancer, anxiety, insomnia, pain and other chronic conditions, as a complement to their medical care.  Structural and walking analysis is also available.
