Pressed for time this holiday season?  We’ve got the perfect solution.  This combination class will feature Tabata-style Spinning segments alternating with sequences of Pilates Matwork for the ultimate in killer cardio and muscle toning.  As our special holiday treat we’re giving you five classes for the price of three!  Register today as space is limited to eight participants only!

The StrongWomen program is an evidence-based strength training program that is safe and effective for midlife and older women.  This training is studio based in a small group format.  The benefits of the program include increased muscle mass and strength, improved bone density and reduced risk for osteoporosis, reduced risk for diabetes and other medical conditions, as well as improved self-confidence.

This program is provided at the UFC as a service of the Dauphin County Penn State Cooperative Extension Office.
