The StrongWomen program is an evidence-based strength training program that is safe and effective for midlife and older women.  This training is studio based in a small group format.  The benefits of the program include increased muscle mass and strength, improved bone density and reduced risk for osteoporosis, reduced risk for diabetes and other medical conditions, as well as improved self-confidence.

This program is provided at the UFC as a service of the Dauphin County Penn State Cooperative Extension Office.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:15 – 6:15 PM
  • June 6 – July 20 (No Classes Week of July 4)
  • July 25 – August 31
  • $50 Paid in Advance, $55 Paid Day of
