Employee Strong

Employee Strong, is heavily focused on muscle strength, conditioning, and injury prevention which is uniquely beneficial in our healthcare setting.  The program targets hypertrophy – building, strengthening, and maintaining muscle.  While building mass can aid in weight loss and weight management the intended focus is to build functional strength and prevent musculoskeletal injury and pain.
