Gentle Kundalini Yoga

This is a gentle, relaxing yoga class focused on breathing, stretching, and meditation.  Students are encouraged to take things at their own pace, and to do the best they can.   *Adaptations can be made if you have trouble getting up and down off the floor.

About the Instructor: In addition to being a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor since 1998, B.J. McNeillie has a Master’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation.  This background is especially helpful with adapting yoga exercises to students with different abilities.  B.J.’s teaching style is gentle and encouraging, and you will leave her class more relaxed than when you arrive!

 

HOLIDAY STRESS RELIEF (Special One Time Class)

Even if you love the holidays, the season can be stressful.  So much to do!  In this special one-time class, you will learn gentle stretches and simple meditation techniques that are very effective at keeping the stress of the season under control.  There are many ways you can “give yourself a timeout” — on a daily basis — to keep the joy in the season.  This class can be done on the floor or sitting in a chair.
