A 6-week wellness program at Penn State Health and College of Medicine
A prenatal exercise class that focuses on pregnancy related exercises to help build mind, body strength for prenatal, labor and postnatal self-care. Build stamina to complete everyday tasks both during and after pregnancy.

- Fee: $60 **Employees: The usual fee for this class is $60 however, when you attend 4 out of the 6 classes, the fee will be waived.

**For Penn State Health and College of Medicine Employees: This class is an employer-sponsored wellness program. No payment is needed from you to register and join the roster. Part of the registration process is that you are agreeing to a payroll deduction of $60 if you do not meet the attendance requirement, which is at least 4 of the 6 classes.
About the Instructor: Adrienne is a UFC Exercise Physiologist with her B.S. in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University. She’s a Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist through Moms into Fitness as well as an Arthritis Foundation Program Leader through the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA). Additionally she’s currently undergoing a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Yoga Teacher Training Certification program.
