Our upcoming workshop on Movement & the Alexander Technique is for you! This is a movement re-education workshop to assess harmful movements and postural habits. Participants can experience improved posture and alignment, balance, and body awareness. Come learn the principles to better musculoskeletal health, Thursday May 9 from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. UFC members receive discounted pricing of $25 while non-members are welcome to participate at the $40 rate.
