The Research Concierge Service is administered in collaboration with the Penn State Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI), a collaboration of many Penn State colleges and institutes, along with community and industry partners, devoted to using their research and outreach expertise to improve the health of Pennsylvanians.

Sarah has been a faculty member with the Penn State College of Medicine since 1996. She has over 20 years of experience in generating and studying genetically altered mice as models for understanding and treating human diseases of hematologic, immunologic, developmental, and metabolic importance. Sarah is a Distinguished Educator of the Penn State College of Medicine and is actively involved in graduate training and faculty development. Sarah provides overall leadership for the RCS.
Jennifer joined the College of Medicine in November 2013. For more than 14 years, she worked in private industry as a community planning and economic development consultant. She brings a strong working knowledge of project management, application development, and communications to her role, which was created to provide administrative support to the Director and to help investigators navigate the research support infrastructure at the College of Medicine.
